The Times of India Sunday Edition had a full page advertisement on Page 23 on ‘National Girl Child Day’ by Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.

But along with Hon’ble Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Hon’ble Dr. Manmohan Singh and Hon’ble Smt. Krishna Tirath, Kapil Dev, Virender Sehwag, I found former Pakistan Air Chief Marshal Tanvir Mahmood Ahmed picture also. See below:

Then Further I googled and found this same image with the Air Marshal Signature too:
I failed to understand, why would an Indian Ministry Advertisement of Ministry of Women and Child Development have Pakistani Air Marshal picture into it. Is that new Joint campaign between India and Pakistan?
